On July 1, 2025, Mr. Hervé Morin(*), President of the Regional Council of Normandy, France, and his delegation paid a courtesy visit to Nippon Shikizai headquarters in Tokyo. During their visit, he presented us with the Medal of the Normandy Regional Council.

That evening, we were honored to attend a reception hosted by His Excellency Mr. Philippe Setton(**), Ambassador of France to Japan. We understand that both the visit and the invitation to the reception reflect recognition of our subsidiary, THEPENIER PHARMA & COSMETICS S.A.S., for its contributions to economic revitalization and job creation in the Normandy region through its business activities.

Going forward, we will continue to lead the industry as an ODM/OEM manufacturer of cosmetics and quasi‐drugs and strive to make even greater contributions to local communities.
